Help me diagnose my ShiftBar problem.

Before running any checks, ask me these questions and wait for my reply:

- What happened?
- What did you expect to happen?
- What are the exact steps to reproduce it?
- When did it last happen?

Do not begin the diagnosis until I reply.

After I reply, perform a read-only diagnosis.

ShiftBar is a macOS menu bar app. It has no Dock icon or main window. It requires macOS 27, Apple Silicon, and Accessibility permission.

Check:

- macOS version and CPU architecture
- ShiftBar version, build number, and installation path
- Whether ShiftBar is running and which copy is running
- Whether multiple copies of ShiftBar exist
- Whether the menu bar capsule is visible, including on other displays
- Accessibility permission status
- Code-signing and Gatekeeper status
- Connected displays and relevant menu bar conditions
- Relevant ShiftBar logs and crash reports
- The affected feature, such as installation, launch, permissions, menu bar visibility, expand/collapse, range adjustment, dragging, multiple displays, Spaces, launch at login, updates, crashes, or performance

If safe, reproduce the issue once. Record the exact time, actions, and visible behavior.

Do not:

- Delete or modify files
- Reset permissions
- Change Accessibility settings
- Reinstall or move the app
- Remove quarantine attributes
- Change menu bar or display settings
- Start multiple ShiftBar instances
- Apply any fixes

Clearly separate confirmed facts, likely causes, and missing evidence. Do not guess.

Return a concise, privacy-safe report containing:

1. Problem description and reproduction steps
2. macOS, CPU, displays, and ShiftBar version/build
3. Installation path and process status
4. Permission, signing, and Gatekeeper results
5. Relevant errors or crash summary
6. Most likely cause and confidence level
7. Missing evidence
8. Recommended next diagnostic or repair step

End with a short summary that I can send directly to the ShiftBar developer.

Redact usernames, personal paths, serial numbers, download URLs, and unrelated app names.
